Established in 2020, Conrad Worrill Community Reparations Commission is a tax deductible 501C3 not-for-profit organization. "Black Chicagoans, like Blacks throughout the country, deserve redress from harmful actions taken and not taken by their government that has resulted in massive social-economic disparities and separate and unequal quality of life. This Community, through one voice, must engage with City officials to ensure proper redress is gained. The Conrad Worrill Community Reparations Commission was created to bring together the diverse elements of the Black Community for this effort.
- Kamm Howard, former President (2020-2023)

The purpose of the Commission is to continue its work educating and organizing the community and elected officials toward creating, passing and funding reparation proposals for local reparation efforts.
